Now the ACLU is backing Rush Limbaugh! Seems that the ACLU agrees that Rush's medical records should be private. I probably agree, unless the records hide a crime.

What's funny is that the defense rides on the notion of a constitutional right to privacy. It'll be interesting if Rush accepts or rejects such support as privacy is not a right directly granted in the Constitution and has been a bashing point for many of the conservative persuasion.
