You can have your Rose Bowl as the instant classic. Sorry, but the best bowl game of New Year's Day was the Capital One Bowl of Iowa vs. LSU. Warren Holloway now gets to join names like Rob Houtlin on the "Never Has To Pay For Lunch Or A Drink In The Whole State of Iowa Ever Again" list. Iowa won their last 8 games in a row, sometimes absurdly (6-4 over Penn State?) How good would Iowa have been this year had they had not gone 5 deep on their tailback depth chart?
