This is Progress?
Larry Rothschild said that Mark Prior will skip pitching the first time through the rotation. Larry hopes Prior will be ready the second time through, no later than March 11. But even that is wishful at this point:
"That could change, but hopefully it doesn't have to," Rothschild said. "I want to see how he is [before then] after loading him down with this kind of throwing."
Whew! This is good news. I was afraid Prior was hurt or something.
